Active rehabilitation is a form of treatment that utilizes corrective exercises and stretches to treat someone after an injury. Our active rehab programs strive to strengthen your body, mind and habits in order to heal from past injuries, prevent future ones, and maintain your well-being.
YOUR ACTIVE REHAB PROGRAM WILL INCLUDE:
- A detailed functional and movement assessment/screen
- A corrective exercise program that is tailored towards your specific injury and rehabilitation goals
- A progressive strength and conditioning program to build stability and stamina
- A printout of your full rehabilitation program with detailed instructions
- A link to your rehabilitation program with videos to provide visual feedback

Massage therapy (RMT) is the treatment and prevention of dysfunction, injury and pain in the body through the use of hands-on manipulation of soft tissues and joints. Our massage therapists provide a wide range of massage therapy treatments including: sports massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and manual lymphatic drainage.

Our Exercise and Rehab Program focuses on the fundamentals of health and fitness. Whether you are recovering from an injury or a competitor in sports, our Kinesiologists will help you reach your goals. Your program may consist of strength training, aerobic conditioning, agility and balance, therapeutic stretches, and corrective exercises.
THE EXERCISE & REHAB PROGRAM WILL INCLUDE:
- Goal Setting
- A detailed functional and movement assessment/screen
- Exercise program that is tailored towards your specific health and fitness goals
- Measure and optimize results
- A printout of your exercise program so you can continue to progress at home

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Simply click on the “ICBC” tab at the top of the page and complete our ICBC Claims Form. Our admin team will contact you within one business day to book you in with one of our therapists.
WHO PAYS FOR MY REHAB PROGRAM?
Your rehabilitation program is funded by ICBC upon approval. Direct billing available.
User Fees:- Physiotherapy (30 mins): $0
- Kinesiology (45 mins): $0
- Massage Therapy (45 mins): $15

A Job Site Visit may also be performed to determine specific job demands, identify barriers, and discuss the Graduated Return to Work (GRTW) plan with the employer.

Once your symptoms are managed, our qualified return to work professionals will assess your functional abilities and compare it to the demands of your job. They will then work with you and your employer to develop a gradual return to work plan that is safe and sustainable.
