Active rehab at Mount Pleasant will offer the same program as our East Vancouver clinic: a full functional and movement assessment, a corrective exercise program built around your injury, and a progressive strength and conditioning plan, with a printout and video links so you can keep progressing at home. We're in the middle of Mount Pleasant's main commercial strip, surrounded by some of Vancouver's best independent cafés, restaurants, and shops. Easy to grab a coffee or a meal before or after your appointment.
