Samson Cho is the founder of Movement Room and a Practicing Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists.
Samson completed his Kinesiology degree at the University of British Columbia and has a vast amount of experience in chronic pain, work conditioning, workplace ergonomics, sports rehab, and corrective exercises. Samson ran a Chronic Pain Program for several years in a Physiotherapy clinic before deciding to open his own mobile practice. With years of experience working with people with chronic pain and chronic illnesses, Samson understands that “pain” is multifactorial. That is why Samson’s Active Rehabilitation Programs consists not only of rehab exercises and stretches, but also education regarding postural correction, exercise pacing/progression, pain flare-up management, and sleep hygiene. Outside of work, Samson enjoys staying active by playing competitive volleyball and training for Olympic lifting.
