
Garrick Mah
Garrick is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College where he gained clinical experience working with a wide variety of population groups and injuries.
Prior to his studies at Langara, he studied Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University specializing in human movement, sports rehab, and biomechanics. Garrick has been playing ice hockey his entire life and is an avid cyclist and runner. As an active individual, he firmly believes that daily physical activity is KEY to one’s functional capabilities and mental health.
Garrick utilizes a variety of manual therapy techniques which may include active participation from his patient. His goal as an RMT is to help his patients manage their pain so that they can MOVE at their greatest potential.
