Emma is a Kinesiologist who graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia.
Her interest in kinesiology stems from being a lifelong athlete, along with having a strong curiosity about how the body moves, adapts, and recovers from injury. After working through her own injuries, she was inspired to pursue a career where she can support others in returning to the activities they enjoy.
She works with a wide range of clients, including athletes, people living with chronic pain or spinal cord injuries, and those recovering from injury or accidents, using individualized, exercise-based care to support long-term progress.
In her free time, Emma enjoys playing soccer and ultimate frisbee, crocheting, and travelling!
